🛎️ Join the Excitement with live bidding on trees and décor until 3:00 PM
Important Event & Pickup Details
Event activities end at 2:00 PM. Staff will begin preparing purchased items for winners at that time.
Bidding closes promptly at 3:00 PM.
Same-day pickup is required. All items must be collected BY 5 PM —no items can be held for later pickup.
Bring family and friends for a day of sparkle, music, and holiday cheer—it’s the perfect way to welcome the season!

How to Participate
We’re inviting businesses, community groups, and individuals to donate beautifully decorated trees, wreaths, and seasonal displays for this festive showcase.
Donation & Setup Window: October 27–31All participants must schedule a setup time.

Donation Options
You may:
Bring and decorate your tree on-site at the mall (by appointment)
OR bring a tree that’s already fully decorated
Items We’re Seeking
Christmas trees (from tabletop size up to 7.5 ft)
Christmas wreaths
Seasonal displays, large or small
Christmas or fall-themed baskets
Other festive décor (entryway tables, porch setups, Christmas mantels, etc.)
Setup Details
Use the designated mall entrance for drop-off (directions provided after scheduling)
Bring all necessary supplies (tree stand, decorations, ornament hooks, scissors, etc.)
Lights may be plug-in or battery-operated
