When does the auction start and end?

The auction will begin at 10 am and bidding will conclude at 10 pm.  

What will the proceeds be used for?

This year's event will serve to cover tuition for families who will be unable to pay at this challenging time.  Additional funds will go towards Saint Rose Parish and School operations.

How will I check out/ pay for my items?

You will receive your notification of winning items and total at the end of the auction after 10:00 pm.  You may either pay by credit card then or mail in a check made out to "Saint Rose" with "Moonlight & Roses" in the memo.

How will I receive the auction items I won?

Items will only be distributed or made available once payment is made by the winner.  All items will be mailed unless noted otherwise in the item description.  All item "delivery & pickup" arrangements will be made the following week once payment is made.

What if I can't use my auction item because of COVID-19?

Those who win an auction item that is unable to be redeemed or sufficiently amended due to the COVID-19 Pandemic may request a refund through the calendar year 2020.
