In-Game Auction Terms and Conditions:
· Sizes listed for each item are final and
non-negotiable.
· Auction items are designated as official
memorabilia/collectors’ items and should be handled as such. OMYF is not
responsible for any item that may be damaged due to improper care.
· All sales are final and
non-negotiable/non-refundable.
· Any item not officially checked out and paid in
full within 48 hours of the final winning bid, may be subject to auto-payment
using the bidders card on file.
· Items that are unclaimed and/or unpaid after 90
days of auction date may be relisted for sale at a later date.
· FedEx shipping is available for an additional cost.
The Orlando Magic is not responsible for any damage or loss that may take place
during shipping.
