Since 2009, NOU has engaged ‘high-risk’ middle and high school students in Baltimore City by providing long-term mentoring and coaching. NOU’s innovative programming and passion for progress is is changing the trajectory for young men who will be the first members in their family to attend college. 

With a decade of proven outcomes, and a passion for constant improvement, Next One Up is building Baltimore’s next generation of leaders, one student-athlete at a time. That’s something to celebrate!
