1. Your bid is a binding contract to purchase.
2. The closing time of the auction will be listed within the auction information page of our website. Once bidding closes, items you have won become your responsibility – make note of closing times!
3. Any state sales tax, vehicle registration fees, surcharges or other taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Full
payment of the purchase price is charged to your credit card prior to e-mail notification that you
are the successful bidder. Applicable taxes will be added to the purchase price of all taxable
items. Collection of applicable taxes will be in accordance with the laws of the state where the
purchased asset is located.
4. Payment for all purchases is due immediately at the conclusion of the auction unless specifically outlined otherwise. No credit card charge backs will be allowed. NO refunds will be given. Payment in full must be paid by Buyer in the form of check or major credit card. Checks are preferred. Buyer shall pay the purchase price, shipping, and handling charges (if any), plus any and all applicable taxes unless such taxes are exempted by law (proof of exemption must be provided). If any Bidder/Buyer does not pay Community Auctions for any Item(s) within five (5) days after the end of an Auction, the San Francisco 49ers Academy has the right to offer the item(s) to the 2nd highest bidder for payment.
