Waigand Wheels is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities through meaningful, community-based opportunities. Our mission is to create programs that build confidence, skills, and social connection—helping our “Wagoneers” discover their potential and share their talents with the world around them.

From job training and volunteer service to community engagement and special events, Waigand Wheels provides hands-on experiences that prepare participants for greater independence while enriching the communities they serve. Whether it’s running the Community Cart, tending the Wagoneer Gardens, delivering food to local pantries, or supporting partner organizations, our Wagoneers don’t just gain skills—they give back in ways that inspire inclusion and belonging for all.
