Online bidding will open at 6:30 pm on Friday, July 31st, 2026.
In person viewing will also open at this time within the Auction Tent located at 4th Street & Elk Ave.

Bidding closes 1:00 PM on Sunday, August 2nd, 2026.

Proxy Bidding Format:
Much like Ebay, you will set a maximum bid amount for an item.  The online auction platform will continue to bid against other bidders until you reach your maximum amount.  At this point you will be notified via text that you have reached your max bid, and will prompt you to re-bid at a higher amount. 

Bid Percentages:

• Starting Bid begins at 25% of Market Value
• Bid increments are 5% of Market Value
• BUY IT NOW option - 10% OVER Market Value

Winning Bidders & Art Pick up:

Credit cards will be auto processed upon close of auction -  Sunday, August 2nd at 1:00PM

Winning bidders will receive notification of their winning bid via email & text message at approximately 1:30 pm.
Winners should plan to take possession of their art items between 3pm - 5pm, on Sunday, August 2nd at the Auction Tent.
