Caprese Chicken -Seasoned chicken breast topped with fresh basil, Roma tomato, sliced fresh mozzarella served atop Cavatappi pasta in a light pesto cream sauce w/heirloom tomato and basil garnish with house baked focaccia bread ( a gluten free option of this can be offered)
