Rest assured your information is locked safe and secure. We do not have access to your personal Credit Card information once you create your account, and you cannot be charged unless your place a bid.

Paying Cash? If you would prefer to pay cash and skip the Credit Card information, please stop by the office prior to the auction to provide a $100 (REFUNDABLE) cash deposit, and receive your Login credentials. Must be in prior to 11am the day of auction for registration.

• All Customers who wish to Pay Cash MUST sign up for the auction IN OFFICE, anytime BEFORE 11:00 A.M. the day of auction.

• Final registration is 1 Hour prior to end of auction (11:00 a.m.)

• Bidding closes @12:00 PM day of auction. If auction should close early/late the winning bidder at the time of closing wins.

• There is an in person vehicle auction PREVIEW 8:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.(Day of Auction.) Only Registered Bidders are allowed in the auction yard. No backpacks or bags allowed. Anyone suspected of stealing will recieve an automatic minimum 6 month ban.

• Proper documentation for bidding is required. You must have a valid photo ID. (MUST BE AT LEAST 18 TO BID) Please use the name and address provided on your state issued I.D.

•  We may require payment in cash or cashiers check on purchases totaling over $2,000.

• Resellers permit must be submitted AT LEAST 24 hours prior to auction close.

• All winning bidders will be notified via text. Payment will be required to pick up your paperwork and vehicle on the day of the auction, 1 hour after auction closing. It is the winning bidders responsibility to be aware of your winning bid.

• If an item/vehicle has not recieved an auction bid, and you would like to place a bid lower than the listed price, please contact the office during business hours prior to the auction closing so we can adjust the starting price to your needs.

• Successful bidders who fail to pay or pickup their vehicle by 12 P.M. (NOON) the day after the auction, are in default & forfeit their bid,  and are banned from future auctions. All payments must be made in person by the winning bidder. 
• All auction purchases must be paid for at the same time by the winning bidder in person.
• If the vehicle comes with keys, we will notify you. No keys may be made for the vehicle until after it is paid for.
• Customers are not allowed to work on/repair vehicles on Burns Towing property.
• All winning bids/vehicles must be removed from the property before 2 P.M. the day of the auction. All unclaimed vehicles will be impounded as an abandoned vehicle at the winning bidders risk and expense and you will be banned from future auctions.
• If you accidentally place a bid and would like to cancel that bid, you must notify the office prior to auction closing.
• All Credit Card Payments are subject to a processing fee charged by the merchant up to 4%.
• Face Coverings & Social Distancing Regulations are Required.

• All sales are final, no refunds offered. if you purchase a vehicle from our auction you are responsible for it. 
• Burns Towing, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any persons or business. Anyone causing a disturbance, or not abiding by auction rules, must vacate the property immediately and will be banned from auction.
