Silent Auction Ends at 8:30 pm on November 22, 2025
Bidders are responsible for paying for all items that they win(via credit card ONLY).
- Donors set the item value and terms of gifts.
- Villa Walsh Academy is not responsible for terms stated or changed by donors after the fact.
- The Silent Auction Committee will inform winners via the Leaders Board displayed at the event.
- Winners will be contacted by email with instructions on how to collect their prizes.
- Winning bidders are responsible for transporting their items home.
- All auction items must be used within the expiration date identified.
- The Auction Committee may reduce minimum starting bids at their discretion or extend bidding time if a “bidding war” is taking place.
PAYMENT: Payments must be made immediately by credit card ONLY. Payment must be made in full by the end of the event.
RESTRICTIONS: All sales are final with no exchanges, substitutions or refunds. All items in the Silent Auction are “as is” and Villa Walsh and the donors make no guarantee or warranty with respect to the property. Some items may have restrictions, which are stated in the description and cannot be changed.
