This year’s 39th annual Artistic Affair will be the kickoff of Spruill Center for the Arts 50th Anniversary celebration and is going to be an event unlike any other. We have major announcements to reveal, moments to remember, and a bright future to share. And we want you to be part of it all! Get your tickets or become a host today!

We’re putting together a new lineup of arts-based experiences to help celebrate the evening and raise funds to support Spruill’s programs and outreach efforts for the coming year. And we’re going to roll back the clock in the courtyard and celebrate 1975 style with music hits, disco balls, and funky 70’s attire.

Building off the success of last year’s successful fundraising event where 350 guests raised nearly $100,000, this year’s Artistic Affair is going to be even bigger as we host a reunion of Spruill luminaries past and present, create a time capsule for the next 50 years, and announce this year’s Bob Kinsey Award winner. Our live auction will feature unique experiences that can only be won by being present at the event. And practice your rock/paper/scissors skills to take part in our competitive raffle battles. This year's "Best Dressed" is sure to be groovy! 

In addition to Live and Silent Auctions featuring exquisite paintings, ceramics, glass arts, jewelry and more by Spruill artists, we have a new lineup of exciting experiences.  

• DJ Bismark, with AMP’D Entertainment, is bringing all the 70's hits and good times to our party. You may find yourself up and out of your seat and gettin’ groovy!
• We’re taking the energy and excitement of Rock-Paper-Scissors to new heights with Competitive Raffle Battles.  For each Raffle item offered, we’ll draw two tickets, and those winners face off in a Rock-Paper-Scissors battle for the ages.
• We encourage you to dress in your best 70's inspired outfit.  Pull out those vintage gogo boots or that colorful pantsuit that you stashed for a party to remember.  Have fun with it and who knows?  Your 70's style could get you crowned “Best Dressed” of the evening.
