REQUIRED WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE:

By paying online, I release New Hope Food Pantry and New Hope Presbyterian Church, the American Legion, the Wheels for Meals fundraiser committee, Wheels for Meals event committee members, sponsors, City of Olathe and all other parties involved with the event of any liability for loss, personal injury to me or my vehicle.  I agree to all stated conditions of this event.  I hereby consent to allow my picture or radio coverage of the event within, or as a part of, Wheels for Meals and grant permission to use and or publish photographic portrait or pictures, video or film  of me in which I may be included in whole, part, composite or reproductions thereof in black and white and/or color or otherwise made through any media outlets known for art, advertising trade or any other similar lawful purposes whatsoever, including publicity of this event and all New Hope Food Pantry promotions, excluding commercial use of or by marketing sponsors. 

All proceeds go to benefit New Hope Food Pantry & Scottish Rite Children’s Foundation.  All monies collected are to be considered donations. The classes will be judged solely on the personal preferences of the judges. We’ve done our best to find these awesome volunteers who have been around cars and bikes awhile. They have been encouraged to use an open mind and their own eyes for details. No points may be awarded and no score sheets will be made available for review by contestants. Contestants are responsible for choosing the correct class for their entry, and no package fees will be refunded. No whiners or crybabies please, this is a fun event. Good Luck.
