We will be sharing an update about St. Francis Center’s newest permanent affordable supportive housing project, St. Francis West Apartments. This project, located at Federal Blvd and 2nd Avenue in Denver, will consist of 60 one-bedroom apartments for seniors experiencing homelessness. At the PATH Lunch we will talk more about the importance of affordable permanent supportive senior housing, hearing from our key note speaker Dr. Ed Farrell, Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, Elisabeth Francis, Director of Street Outreach - St. Francis Center and hearing from a senior resident living in one of SFC’s current housing programs.  

St. Francis Center is an Enterprise Zone designee.  Cash contributions up to $100,000 per year can receive a 25% State Credit:
