  • Vendor set-up is between 11:30-12:30
  • Attendance is TBD (weather permitting) Previous years around 150-200 (not counting vendors)
  • No signage is allowed on walls
  • Electricity is based on request
  • Please bring your own tablecloth
  • On site tables are automatically given to Sponsors and leftover tables will be given to vendors based on availability
  • If you plan to use WIFI we suggest you bring your own hotspot
  • Vendor breakdown no earlier than event end at 3pm
  • No refunds are issued once you apply
  • We are seeking raffle prizes for the BINGO game, your logo and name will be on signage and announced at event if you donate a raffle prize (baskets, gift cards, etc)


The NSYMCA is a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization and all sponsorship dollars go back into the 15 communities we serve

As a Sponsor this includes a prime table location in the gym, sponsorship signage next to your table 24" x 36" on an easel with your logo, 1/2 page Ad in the event program guide AND a full description of your company and services in the program guide.  You will also be mentioned in our pre and post press release and your logo will be on our main sponsorship posters at the event.

 As a sponsor you will automatically have a table ready for you and (1) chair.  Early Bird Pricing Ends July 15th.

As a vendor you get a spot at the event and your name and logo in the program guide.  Table will be provided to you based on when we receive your application and based on availability.  The Y has 35 tables, and they will be provided to sponsors first and then given in the order of vendor applications received. 

Vendor placement could include the back of the gym, the lobby or hallways.  Placement will be based on the number of vendors that apply.  Past years we usually sell out at about 45 vendors.

If you apply and tables are no longer available, I will email you immediately and you can decide if you still want to participate.  Each table will receive (1) chair.  If you need more chairs, we advise you to bring your own chair in a bag.
