How does this auction work? The auction will open 3 pm and close at 8 pm April 21st. Use your smartphone/tablet/laptop to place bids and to monitor your favorite items.
How do I participate? Your Flavor of the North ticket purchase entered you to bid in our auction! On the day of the auction, log in with the email you used when registering to view items and place your bids. You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. For easier bidding, set a maximum bid, and your bid will continue to increase by a predetermined increment until your maximum bid has been met or the silent auction ends.
How do I pay? Winners will be notified by text when the auction closes. You will have the option to pay on your mobile device with a credit card or visit the check-out table to pay by cash or check.
How do I collect my winnings? All auction item winners will be asked to present proof of purchase when picking up their packages. We require UWNEMN staff and volunteers handle bringing auction winnings to winners on the day of the event. Need not be present to win; if you are not at the venue when the auction closes, UWNEMN will contact you to arrange a pickup date and time at UWNEMN's building in Chisholm (608 East Drive, Chisholm MN 55719).
All bids are final and binding. There will be no exchanges, alterations, or refunds. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. All items are "as is." Please note any restrictions stipulated by the prize donor. United Way of Northeastern Minnesota is not responsible or liable for any discrepancies.
