Hors d'oeuvres 

  • Cuban Sandwich on a stick - Swiss cheese, ham, mini dill pickles and whole grain mustard on a pick! 
    (GF / Vegetarian version without ham)
  • Island Ceviche - Sushi grade white fish with fresh lime and orange juice, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, red onion, and avocado served in a mini plate with a fork.
  • Ropa Vieja Plantain Tart - Mini plantain tart shell filled with shredded beef cooked with cumin, cilantro and other spices

Dinner Menu 

Mango Spinach Salad

  • With sliced avocados and mango salsa. Served with honey lemon dressing (with cumin and garlic), queso fresco cheese and spiced pecans on the side.

Entrées 

  • Option 1: Cuban Moho Chicken - Tender juicy chicken thighs loaded with delicious garlicky citrusy flavors marinated in orange juice, cilantro, garlic, lime, mint and cumin, oregano.
  • Option 2: Caribbean Curry - Housemade spicy curry, coconut milk, turmeric, plantains, yuca, greens, carrots, and hot peppers. (GF / Vegetarian)

Side Dishes

  • Black Beans - With garlic, onions, cumin, cilantro, and diced jalapeños.
  • Cuban Yellow Rice - Long grain white white with onions, red bell peppers annatto paste and sweet peas.
  • Fried Plantains - Deep fried and lightly sprinkled with sea salt.

Desserts

  • Cuban Coconut Flan - a creamy silky smooth custard dessert made with coconut milk and a little coconut rum topped with a layer of soft orange caramel sauce.

  • Freshly brewed regular and decaf coffee and a variety of fine teas. 
  • Spring water flavored with fresh fruit, herbs, and vegetables such as strawberries, mint, cucumber, limes, and oranges.
