Thank you for your interest in attending BCDI Trivia Night 2024! Please be sure to select a dinner meal option under the "Selection" portion of the ticket registration form. NOTE: If you are a BCDI Patient, you can attend Trivia Night for free! Select the 'Patient Ticket' option and select 1. For BCDI patients who wish to bring guests, they will be required to purchase tickets. If you have more than 1 BCDI patient in your group, please contact Matt McVey at 309-692-5337 (extension 188) or via email at matt@ilbcdi.org.

This Table Sponsorship will directly impact and benefit the '24 Karat Gold' theme of Trivia Night 2024! The table centerpieces at the event will be gold themed and funds raised will go to help decorate. A $50 table sponsorship will also come with name recognition at the table you sponsor, plus your company/group will be recognized during the Trivia Night program. NOTE: A table sponsorship does NOT include a ticket to the event.
