Please bring your own water bottle with your name on it, dress for athletic activity and wear tennis shoes.

Mini Cheerleaders will perform what they learned at the halftimes that evening of the boys JV or Varsity basketball game. The JV game starts at 5:00pm with the Varsity game immediately following. The mini cheerleaders will get into the game free of charge.  Grades preschool-1st grade will be cheering during the halftime of the J.V. game while grades 2nd-6th will be cheering during halftime of the varsity game.  Mini Cheerleaders will report to the main hallway of school at the beginning of the 2nd quarter of the game they are cheering.. All Mini cheerleaders will be picked up in the main hallway immediately following their performance at halftime.

Please pay on or before Monday, January 12th to guarantee a t-shirt and bow. Payment after Monday, January 12th does not guarantee a t-shirt and bow. Walk-ins accepted the day of the clinic but will not receive a t-shirt and bow.

By paying the sign up fee for this camp, I am acknowledging that my child has permission to participate in this camp conducted by Sandusky Central Catholic School. My child has either 24-hour, year-round school insurance or a family medical plan which covers accidents. Neither my child, nor I, his parent or legal guardian, will hold any supervisor or official connected with the camp staff liable for any accident or injury resulting from activities offered by the school staff, and my completion of this form indicates a willingness to accept full responsibility.
