The North Suburban YMCA's Annual Fall Fest

Join us for our Annual Fall Fest: Trunk or Treat and showcase your brand, connect with families from 15 cities and help make memories for the kids.

As a sponsor or vendor, you may opt to have a table, or you can decorate your own vehicle in a fun theme.  

We ask that you have candy for approximately 500-750 kids, but you may also hand out promo items, wrapped food, marketing materials and coupons. 

We love supporting local businesses.   
 
We will have a Best Themed Vehicle/Booth Contest and a Children's costume contest at 2:30.  

Application Sign-up deadline is October 9th

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• Vendor set-up starts at 11:00am and all cars must be parked by 12:30pm
• There will be no late "car" vendors welcome due to safety issues
• Attendance is TBD (weather permitting) - If weather is bad, the event will be moved inside the gym and a table will be given to you to decorate
• Please bring your own tablecloth/decorations and candy to pass out for 750+ kids.  
• Sponsors will have reserved spots in first row of the event, vendors will be on an arrival basis.
• If you plan to use WIFI we suggest you bring your own hotspot.  Our WIFI does work well in the parking lot.
• Vendor breakdown no earlier than event end at 3:15pm (there are kids everywhere and once a car is parked, it cannot be driven until all patrons are gone.  For safety reasons)
• No refunds are issued once you apply.  Your sponsorship/vendor cost is to help us run the event and considered a donation to the NSYMCA.
• We are seeking raffle prizes for the contests, if you have something you can donate, your logo and name will be on signage and announced at event.

The NSYMCA is a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization and all sponsorship dollars go back into the 15 communities we serve.  
If you choose credit card, a 3.5% fee will be applied
