5:00 p.m. - Mass in St. Michael Catholic Church

6:15 p.m. - Open Bar & Meal of Hearty Hors d'Oeuvre Stations

7:45 p.m. - Frank Sullivan, Our Live Auctioneer

8:30 p.m. - Most Reverend Michael J. Izen, Our Keynote Speaker

9:00 p.m. - Raffle Drawings and Dancing

9:30 p.m. - Auction Checkout Begins

Our dress code for the event is Business Formal.

Meal of Substantial Hors d'Oeuvre Stations during our Social Hour from 6:15 to 7:45 pm

• Station 1: Soup - Butternut Squash Soup and Wild Rice Soup
• Station 2: Build Your Own Slider - Hand Made Burger Patties with Assorted Toppings and Kettle Chips with House Made French Onion Dip
• Station 3: The Boards - Charcuterie, Crudite', Fresh Fruit and Cheese
• Station 4: The Hors d'Oeuvres - Shrimp Cocktail with Cocktail Sauce and Cajun Remoulade and Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce
• Station 5: Mac n Cheese with Toppings
• Station 6: Grilled Veggies and Crostini with Goat Cheese and Tomato Jam
