Thank you for becoming an event sponsor at our 16th annual fundraiser.

 After selecting the desired level of your sponsorship, please add your name, company name if applicable, your US mail address, email and cell phone number.

Please enter guest invitees in the fields below then elect to fund your transaction via credit card or check.

If you prefer to forward a check for this transaction, make the check payable to The Christopher Catanese Children’s Foundation and please mail it to CCCF - PO Box 809, Westwood, MA 02090.

After adding your guests please indicate the persons that will be arriving together in the comments box below i.e. "John & Jane Doe - couple" "Joe Smith, Mary Jones, Susan Jones & Sam Smith - Family of 4" (Guests without annotations will be considered individual arrivals).

Upon completion of your order sponsors will receive an emailed receipt for the transaction and a second email message with a link to update any missing guest information. To add invitee information after the transaction, tap the forwarded link to update your guests' information or you may forward the link to your guests directly where they can fill in their own information.
