9:30am Registration begins - 11:00am Shotgun Start

Join us for a fun day at Maple Bluff Country Club. Your registration includes golf with cart, lunch, drinks, appetizers after golf and the opportunity to win prizes.
Sponsorships are very important to our event. Please consider a corporate sponsorship - your organization will receive recognition at the event, and it offsets event costs so more money can go directly to the UW Carbone Cancer Center.
Donations are always welcome - thank you for your generosity!

Golfer (1) - Early Registration & Pay $150

Sorry! Early registration is now over. You may sign up using "Golfer" registration ticket, unless that is marked as "Sold Out".

Early Registration & Pay - Ticket available with completed registration and payment by May 6, 2024. After that date the fee is $170.00.

Registration includes (for each golfer): Greens fees for 18 holes plus cart, lunch, drink tickets, driving range, locker and an entry into our drawing.

If play is cancelled due to weather, the event will be rescheduled, if possible. No refunds will be issued.
