9:30am Registration begins - 11:00am Shotgun Start


  • Join us for a fun day at Maple Bluff Country Club. Your registration includes golf with cart, lunch, drinks, appetizers after golf and the opportunity to win prizes.
  • Sponsorships are very important to our event.  Please consider a corporate sponsorship - your organization will receive recognition at the event, and it offsets event costs so more money can go directly to the UW Carbone Cancer Center.
  • Donations are always welcome - thank you for your generosity!

Registration includes four (4) golfers: Greens fees for 18 holes plus cart, drink tickets, driving range, lockers and an entry into our drawing. Payment must be received by 5/6/24. After 5/6/2024 the fee will be $680.00.


If play is cancelled due to weather, the event will be rescheduled, if possible. No refunds will be issued.

Early Registration & Pay - Ticket available with completed registration and payment by May 6, 2024.  After that date the fee is $170.00.
