I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of this contest.  Release/Waiver of Liability:  In consideration of your accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intend to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for the damage I may have against Minnesota Building Trades Yellow Ribbon Steering Committee, their agents, successors, sponsors, and assignees for any and all injuries, full permission to the Yellow Ribbon Ribfest Committee and agents authorized by them to use photography, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.  Entries received after Friday, August 22, 2025 may not be accommodated or accepted depending on scheduling.  Registration refunds MUST be requested, in writing, prior to Tuesday, September 2, 2025.  ALL registration fees collected after Tuesday, September 2, 2025 will be considered a donation to the Minnesota Building Trades Yellow Ribbon Steering Committee.
