73 - Personalized Open Water Experience for Six (6) with 2023 Pan Am 10K Champion, Brennan Gravley in Rehobeth Beach, DE

This Open Water package is perfect for all skill levels, whether you are an experienced OW swimmer or just wanting to try it out. Current National Teamer, Brennan Gravley alongside two USA Swimming Medical Network Professionals, Julie Gorman and George Edelman will create a customized up to 3-hour Open Water Clinic to tailor to your level and current goals at the picturesque Rehobeth Beach in Delaware. 

You and five (5) guests will be able to learn about nutrition, training methods, race strategy, in-water technique from Brennan. The winner and group will be able to have a musculoskeletal screen done that could check your ROM and strength and point out any deficits you may be presenting with. Julie and George will also offer a post swim flush similar to what they provide to the National Team post-race. 

After the clinic, the group will be treated to a local restaurant hosted by USA Swimming Foundation Board Chair, David Shackley. Winner and guests will be able to recap all they've learned with Brennan and casually enjoy the local cuisine.
