Two guests will join veteran outdoor writer and life-long Louisiana angler Chris Macaluso on some of his favorite waters in and around Lake Pontchartrain and Lake Borgne in pursuit of speckled trout, redfish, largemouth bass and anything else that bites and fights.

 The fall is the perfect time to fish the Pontchartrain area so, preferably, trip will be taken between mid-October and late December of this year. 

Macaluso has plenty of fishing tackle for guests to use, but please feel free to bring your favorite rod and reel. Sandwiches, snacks, water and soft drinks will be onboard as well. Fish will be cleaned and packaged by your host to take home to cook and enjoy.

Winners will be required to have a current Louisiana freshwater and saltwater recreational fishing license. Trip will be scheduled on a mutually agreeable date and subject to change due to adverse weather.
