•Seating is guaranteed to be in Levi’s Stadium 200 level or better. The exact seat location will not be known until mid-January**. •Tickets will be sent to the winner electronically or physically, pending NFL Ticket allocation and are typically transferred in the 2 business days leading up to the event. 

•This experience cannot be resold, re-auctioned or transferred. 

•Travel and accommodations are not included. 

•Tickets include access to all NFL Game Day Experience activities. Official NFL pre-game activities taking place at Levi’s Stadium are not included, such as NFL tailgating events, private events or VIP experiences. 

•Please be aware that certain COVID-19 rules may be in place in order to attend the event(s) that make up your purchase, which may include, but not be limited to, masking, proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test. Please be sure to monitor local, state & federal health guidelines as well as league, team and venue policies & procedures for updates regarding any rules that may be in place. 

•Should this event be canceled, postponed, delayed, or rescheduled due to force majeure (i.e. weather, act of God, state of war, terrorism, strike, pandemic, etc.) or any other condition beyond reasonable control, the purchase will be honored for equivalent admission to the next scheduled occurrence of the event, and the winner will be expected to either attend or transfer the purchase accordingly. No cash refunds will be issued.

•Participant irrevocably waives all claims against the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and players, employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded.
