This private dinner for 12 offers an intimate gathering in Seahorse's stunning upstairs private events space, complete with world-class cocktails and exceptional culinary delights. Seahorse's innovative cocktail program is led by Christian Favier, a seasoned mixologist with expertise honed at NYC's Junoon and Charleston's The Ordinary. One of the evening's highlights will be cocktails crafted with Seahorse's state-exclusive Suntory highball machine, delivering perfectly fizzy, balanced drinks to complement your meal. From the creative culinary expertise of London to the artistry of Favier's mixology, this is a dining experience unlike any other in Charleston.

Unless otherwise specified, all auction services, restaurant packages, and events must be claimed or used within one year of May 22, 2025. Unless specified, dates and times are to be arranged at the mutual convenience of the donor and purchaser. The purchaser will be provided with all pertinent information by Spoleto Festival USA once the item is paid for and within 20 business days after the auction (by June 20, 2025, unless otherwise noted). The Purchaser is responsible for claiming such services, restaurant packages, and events through private arrangements with the donor. Reservations for all trips must be mutually arranged with the donor unless otherwise specified. All arrangements for trips must be made at least one month in advance unless otherwise specified. Airfare to and from all travel originations and destinations is NOT included unless otherwise specified.Absentee Bids will be recorded until 12:00pm EST on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 by emailing events@spoletousa.org or via phone (843) 724-1188.
