1 Hour Group Session for for 2-4 people. Learn the fundamentals of boxing with Coach Rafi! Coach Rafi will teach you the proper stance, footwork, and how to throw a punch with the potential to work on defense and exercises that can support a boxer's endurance and conditioning. Location can be of your choosing, in-person or virtually, or at Nonantum Boxing Club at 75 Adams Street in Newton.
