Our Lake View Lodge rooms are newly renovated and located in a two-story building that sits on the lake. These rooms have two queen beds, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, two arm chairs & a modern tiled shower with glass panel. Each room has a sliding glass door that opens to a shared balcony with outdoor seating so you can enjoy the stunning lake views!This building is located right on the lake and has gorgeous views. These rooms are not pet friendly.

This is a business voucher item to be picked up at the Rutland Herald office (77 Grove Street, Rutland, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) and redeemed at Lake Bomoseen Lodge.
Rate Details & Lodge Policies
Rates are per room, per night & subject to 9% Vermont Rooms & Meals Tax & 5% Resort Fee. Resort fee includes complimentary coffee, continental breakfast & seasonal activities such as outdoor fire-pits, canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, outdoor pool, lawn games, Taproom games, lake access for swimming, fishing & ice fishing, DVD library & more.
Additional fee of $20 per person/ night for each adult over double occupancy in lodge rooms and one-bedroom condos or quad occupancy in two-bedroom condos for ages 13yrs and up. Children 12 years and under stay for free. In cottages, maximum occupancy applies.
Saturday night stays require a 2-night minimum.
Check-in begins at 3pm & check-out is by 11am.
Pets are welcome in select accommodations & are subject to a $25/ night, per pet, fee. Pet friendly accommodations can host a maximum of two pets. Pets must be kept on leash & owners are responsible for pet waste. We prefer that pets are not left unattended, but if this cannot be avoided, pets should be crated.
Boat docks are available at a rate of $35/nt. Availability is limited. Docks must be reserved in advance.
Deposits & Cancellations
To confirm a reservation, Lake Bomoseen Lodge requires a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay for 2 nights or longer. One night stays & package reservations will be charged 100% of the stay at time reservation is made.
Cancellations which occur within 14 days of stay dates will result in forfeit of full deposit. Cancellations made in advance of the 14-day deadline will be refunded the deposit less a $35 cancellation fee
