Donor Exceptions:

• You must redeem your Southwest flight e-passesSM by December 15, 2024.
• During the redemption process, you will enter an event date or earliest travel date. Once submitted, travel dates may not be changed.
• The Southwest flight e-passesSM generated will expire one year from the date entered in the system.
• Once approved, you will receive subsequent email communication explaining how to securely retrieve your Southwest flight e-pass award.
• Please allow 5-7 business days to process your Southwest flight e-pass award.
• No black out dates!

•    No tax will be charged if paid by October 19, 2024. 

•    If you can't pick up right after the auction, in-person pickup (signature required) will be available starting October 21, 2024, at the lower school front desk, outside of carline hours—after AM carline and before PM carline.
