An afternoon excursion for 4 people (all ages welcome), on the banks of the Nueces River north of Uvalde. Join Julie Lewey for a morning or afternoon hike around her family ranch and a splash in the Nueces River. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about riparian form and function, bird, snorkel in the crystal-clear waters, or wet a line in search of a legendary bass. Lunch provided.
