The class can be held in Jonnie’s serene home yoga studio in American University Park or outdoors at a mutually agreed location. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, Jonnie will guide you through a dynamic, full-body workout that blends yoga with strength training.

After the workout, relax and unwind with a clean-crafted wine tasting featuring wines from Scout & Cellar, hosted by Jonnie herself. Discover wines made without synthetic pesticides, chemicals, or additives, and enjoy a tasting experience that’s as healthy as it is enjoyable.
