Hosta 'Drop-dead Gorgeous' is a stunning Hans Hansen creation that originated from a cross of two giants, Hosta 'Niagara Falls' and Hosta 'Empress Wu'. The resulting offspring forms a massive 2.5' tall x 7' wide clump of deeply-veined green leaves, surrounded by a wide yellow border. Over the growing season, the border color changes, first to cream, and then to white. The 3'+ stalks of showy, near-white flowers top the clump in summer.
