Salix babylonica 'Crispa' is a deciduous tree with narrow leaves rolled into tight curls. As it is Salix bablyonica, it is a fast growing deciduous tree with amazing leaves that are rolled into tight "rams horn" curls. THis cultivar is best grown in full sun and wet to very wet conditions, a pond edge is perfect and will not tolerate dry conditions.
