A pair of antique black lacquer jubako (Japanese stacking box) housed in a storage case. A 2-layer jubako features a lid embossed with a gold kiri (paulownia) motif. A 3-layer jubako is decorated with a gold clover-like motif. The storage case is also made of black lacquered wood. Dimensions: 24"H x 11.6"W x 12"D. Appraised condition: Very good.
