The original art piece was Robert Smith's personal submission to the Heart ResearchUK Annual Anonymous HeART Project to help fundraise and raise lifesaving awareness for those suffering from heart diseases in the UK.

Robert Smith is a patron of the HRUK organization. The owner of the original artwork, who created this custom collage, is an Oklahoma native and an annual supporter of the CureFA Soiree.
