John Martin Collins III, Nickname “JC”, was born September 23, 1997 in Layton, Utah. He was a member of 2019 USA Basketball Men’s Select Team, participated in the NBA Africa Game as part of Team World in August, 2018, and a 2015 graduate and three-year letterman at Cardinal Newman High School in West Palm Beach, FL, where he was named 2014-15 Florida Class 4A Player of the Year, as well as Player of the Year by the Palm Beach Post, the Sun Sentinel and the Gatorade (Palm Beach).

John Martin Collins III is a professional basketball player for the Utah Jazz of the National Basketball Association.
