In a tribute to the iconic lever-action rifle, Smith & Wesson has unveiled a special edition set that pairs the engraved Model 1854 rifle with its counterpart, the Model 29 revolver, both adorned in a limited series. Only 100 sets of these .44 Magnum pairs have been crafted, each featuring exquisite 22-karat gold inlay by the esteemed Baron Engraving. This set is numbered 016 of 100, and the collectible status of this set is undoubted and most desirable.

This exclusive collection boasts a PVD gloss black finish on both firearms, beautifully complemented by premium walnut detailing, showcasing exceptional artistry while capturing the timeless elegance of the design. Each set is accompanied by a beautiful display case and a letter of authenticity signed by Smith & Wesson President & CEO Mark Smith, certifying its unique provenance and limited availability.

The Model 1854 is named after the company’s founding and shows what a 150+ year old platform can become with today’s materials, design, and manufacturing capabilities. The legendary Model 29 revolver features a 6.5” barrel in blue carbon steel with walnut grips. This DA/SA revolver, immortalized by Hollywood, pairs perfectly with the lever-action rifle, reminiscent of the historical practice of matching lever-action rifles and handguns in the same .44 Magnum caliber for ease on the range.
