1105 - Personal Training Package (3 sessions) with Leah Keller, CPT and Founder of Every Mother

You will receive a total of 3 personal training sessions (one 90-minute intake + two 60-minute follow-ups) either in your San Francisco home or at a private training gym in Laurel Heights. Together, we'll make a plan to meet your fitness goals and get you started on your journey. Leah is a Certified Personal Trainer and creator of the EMbody Program by Every Mother (formerly the Dia Method), which grew out of her private training practice in NYC. Leah specializes in deep core training, and she takes great joy in safely progressing clients from therapeutic exercise to full fitness. Leah has been featured as a women's health expert by major media outlets, including NPR, goop and Good Morning America. Her private clients have included celebrities, competitive athletes (both women and men), parents and professionals in all lines of work seeking to enhance core health and total body strength with smart, sustainable exercise. Leah is no longer accepting private clients, so this is a very special opportunity for the Pacific Primary community.

Sessions must be booked at a time and location convenient for both parties, and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the session. Unused session expire within 12 months of the auction date. Only one person may redeem the training package. Current or alumni Pacific Primary families (or staff) only.
