John Francis McCabe will create a head and shoulders portrait of the sitter of your choice. The portrait will be in either charcoal or graphite, approximately 14” x 12,” on archival Bristol paper and matted. John will work with the sitter to achieve a gesture and expression that will create an impression of lasting value. John McCabe has been painting in oil and watercolor, and drawing in charcoal and pencil, for over twenty five years. He has been a member of the Portrait Society of America since 1999 and Great Falls Studios since 2005. John attended the Washington Studio School, D.C. 2000, 2001 and 2002, and has studied with nationally known portrait artists. John McCabe has studios in Great Falls, Virginia, and Milford, Connecticut.
