This is a tribute to our untiring pursuit of culinary excellence, our dedicated staff, and the vision and conviction of Evelyn and Carmen Bruno, our founders. Having learned the art and science of fine Swiss chocolate confectionery and recipe formulation extensively from the master chocolatiers at “The Montreal National Institute of Confectionery,” they opened their chocolate factory in Ft. Pierce, Florida, in 1952. Today, we continue with the time-honored traditions that the Bruno’s began and use the same time-tested and guarded Swiss recipes.
