AT MICHAEL SHANE NEAL’S NASHVILLE STUDIO
Michael Shane Neal is an internationally distinguished portrait artist with commissions on display around the world. His painting of Congressman John Lewis was recently acquired by the Smithsonian Institution’s National Portrait Gallery as a part of their permanent exhibit entitled “The Struggle for Justice.” Neal is also the Chairman of the Board of the prestigious Portrait Society of America. You and five guests will enjoy a tour of Neal’s Nashville studio, followed by dinner with the artist as you learn about his life and career as a portrait painter based both in Nashville and New York. As a very special bonus to the evening, one guest of your choosing will have their first sitting for an oil head portrait painted by Neal. We have to say our special thanks to Shane for his generosity in the donation of the portrait and studio tour and dinner package. Not only is he a gifted artist, he is also a loyal trustee of the Andrew Jackson Foundation. This is your opportunity to own a Michael Shane Neal portrait and join the artist in supporting The Hermitage!
