Get ready to wow your family and friends with homemade lefse! With the help of Lois and Hilary Sonstegard, you will make 10 pounds of fresh lefse to take home! This lesson will teach you how to make traditional Norwegian lefse and take home enough to feed your family through the 2023 holiday season! All ingredients are included, as well as a Lefse griddle from Ingebretsen's. Lesson will be at the Sonstegard home in Southwest Minneapolis. The date will be mutually agreed upon. A weekend in November or December 2023 is a suggested time, however any time of year could work.
