"My love affair with the erratic and temperamental heartbreak grape, Pinot Noir began many years ago. 

Now years later a lifelong pursuit has come to fruition. 

Like a child, Pinot Noir requires, even demands extraordinary care and attention from its guardians, but rewards such efforts with the gift of refinement. 

Chapter I - A gorgeous light cranberry color. It has delicate and inviting aromas of strawberries, roses, gingerbread, Chinese five spice, with cedar and sandalwood-like incense. 

This Pinot Noir is also intensely perfumed in the mouth, and has great energy, fruit sweetness and juicy acidity with firm, elegance ripe tannins. 

Structured but succulent and fruit forward, this wine will drink fantastic young, as well as 3-8 years of bottle age." Jean-Noel Fourmeaux (750ml)
