You will be greeted on arrival and shown to a private tasting area and provided a brief welcome and short history of Philip Carter Winery in Hume, VA. This guided experience will provide you with wine education and appreciation experience covering the fermentation process; a picnic of cheeses and meats complete with blanket, cutting board, and basket rental; and two certificates for tasting.
