366 - St. Ignace Post Trooper for the Day

The winner of this auction item is for a Child to be honored as a “Trooper for the Day.” A trooper, sergeant, or lieutenant of the post area listed will meet with the winning family member and their child at a local restaurant, have lunch, discuss their job responsibilities and answer questions about the job of a trooper, be given promotional memorabilia and a certificate honoring the child for being a “Trooper for the Day”, and given a tour of a patrol car. The cost of the lunch will be provided by the post.

Upon being contacted by the winning family and informed that the certificate has been won; a date, time, and location for the lunch would then be arranged with the post and the family, and the exact details will be handled by the individual post. This auction item would be post area specific.
