About the Painting:
“Butterfly” is a 15.25x15.25 framed acrylic by Benessia Patton. Benessia sought inspiration using a science discovery kit where she sketched from observation. This rhythmic composition resembles reptile scales and the bold red color divides the piece in two.
About the Heart Artist:
Benessia, a Heart Artist since 2017, uses watercolors, often purples, to create butterflies and other elements of nature. She is inspired by her mom. Nessia likes to socialize at the Studio – “they are all so nice!” – and enjoys the analysis of the critiquing process in the Gallery. Outside the Gallery & Studio, Nessia likes to swim, dance and roller skate. She also has fun camping with her family, including her dog, Jasper.
