• Kohl's Ranch is located in the world's largest Ponderosa pine forest. Please be aware that Kohl's Ranch has limited satellite cell phone reception and satellite Wi-Fi connectivity. Kohl's Ranch offers complimentary domestic phone service from each unit.

You Need to Know - When checking in:

• At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made (note: the name on the reservation will be changed from the donor to the winner of this auction). A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $20 plus tax resort charge will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). 
• Daily resort charge will be added to the room and includes: Guest internet access; self-parking for one car; sports equipment; basketball; bocce ball and volleyball; putting green; barbecue equipment; movie and board game rentals; long distance calls (USA only); PressReader; coffee, tea and hot chocolate station.
• Please contact resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
