CONDITIONS:

Gift Cards/Gift Certificates:  After the auction, the winning bidder shall pick up the gift card/gift certificate at the AFdePasadena office at 232 North Lake Avenue, Suite 105, Pasadena, CA 91101. Please contact AFdePasadena by email or telephone to make arrangements to pick up the gift card/gift certificate. Please bring a photo ID. Alternatively, upon request, AFdePasadena will mail the gift card/gift certificate to the winning bidder by regular first class US mail but at the winning bidder's risk. AFdePasadena is not responsible for undelivered, misdelivered, or misdirected mail and no refunds or replacements shall be issued if the mailed gift card/gift certificate is not received.  Any other method of delivery including, but not limited to, FedEx, UPS, US Priority Mail or other USPS service, etc., shall be at the winning bidder's cost. If, after 30 days after the auction, the winning bidder has failed to pick up the gift card/gift certificate or has failed to request that AFdePasadena mail the gift card/gift certificate, the gift card/gift certificate shall be deemed forfeited and no refund or replacement shall be issued, and the amount paid shall be deemed a donation.

Other items:  After the auction, the winning bidder shall pick up the item at the AFdePasadena office at 232 North Lake Avenue, Suite 105, Pasadena, CA 91101. Please bring a photo ID.  If the winning bidder wishes to have the item shipped, the winning bidder shall make arrangements for the item to be packed and shipped, at his or her cost, by UPS only.  No packing or shipping cost shall be borne by AFdePasadena.  If, after 30 days after the auction, the winning bidder has failed to pick up the item or has failed to make arrangements for the item to be shipped, the item shall be deemed forfeited and no refund or replacement shall be issued, and the amount paid shall be deemed a donation.
