The Touchdown for Diabetes Fundraiser helps the Ascension Borgess Diabetes and Endocrine Center - Diabetes Under-Insured Clinic provide free Doctors appointments, free Diabetes Education, Free Labs and Free glucose meters with ongoing supplies to people in need in our community.
